March, 1997 NEXT Co., Ltd. established in Yokohama City, with start-up capital of 10 Million JPY, with the objective of making real estate information available for free.
April, 1997 Begin providing ASP (Application Service Provider) Services for real estate agents through Home and Real Estate Information Listing Site "HOME'S.
December, 1999
  • Transfer office to Shibuya-ku, Tokyo.
  • Begin system development services to assist major real estate companies in website development.
July, 2001 Transfer office to Shinkawa, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
January, 2002 Capital expands to 157million yen, due to tie-up with Rakuten Inc.
October, 2003 Number of listed properties on "HOME'S" exceeds 1 million.
April, 2005
  • Osaka branch created in Kita-ku, Osaka.
  • Acquire the company "e-sumai".
February, 2006
  • Receive certification in Information Security management System (ISMS, ISO27001)
  • Transfer office to Harumi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
October, 2006
  • Local information website "Lococom" Beta released.
  • Become listed in Tokyo Stock Exchange, Mother's Section, and increase capital to 1,979 million yen.
April, 2007 Renter's, which is an ASP for real estate agents to organize properties and clients, becomes a wholly owned subsidiary company.
September, 2007 Open Fukuoka branch in Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City.
June, 2008 Open Nagoya office in Nishi Ward, Nagoya City.
March, 2010 March 12th, Become listed on TSE 1st Section.
October, 2010 Number of listed properties on "HOME'S" exceeds 2 million.
January, 2011 Transfer office to Konan, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
February, 2011
  • Acquire complete ownership of Littel KK, a laboratory that works with Tokyo University to research on: information literacy, information technology, and natural language processing.
  • Launch "MONEYMO" a website focusing on finances.
  • Launch "eQOL Skin Care", a mobile phone website for those with atopic skin allergies.
March, 2011 Number of listed properties on "HOME'S" surpasses 3 million.
